Don’t Go Off Track!

We are sitting on the park bench in my garden and have warm cups of coffee. It is a nice start to the morning. We chat and sip for a while. I turn to the Master Gardener and say: “Thank you for such a pleasant start to the day Lord!” “You are welcome!” We are partaking in very aromatic and quite delicious cinnamon rolls. “Lord feed me today and give me the bread and milk to share with others” “Granted.” I sit and receive.

Something that got my attention yesterday and today is the Lord showed me Goshen and it is a reminder that if we are his people we dwell in this time in Goshen and his protection and provision is for us!

Of course in a time of exposure in larger areas of our governments and churches, everywhere actually, it works into our daily lives. It is important to remember who we belong to and who loves us. Jesus is our everything. We can then put the proper boundaries with people who insist on staying in their toxicity and let new roots be established. This is what I am looking for in my plant that was repotted. I realized it had lost a bunch of the little roots and so it will take a bit of time to reestablish them and this is how it is in my garden and life. I must let new roots grow, sometimes these things happen and we must let go! As I was dealing with these new boundaries I was speaking about earlier, I saw “Return to the Main Line!” In the midst of attempted chaos to undo my boundaries the Lord was telling me to get back to doing what he needs me to do and focus on him and that. It helped me to not get caught up and off course. Sometimes we just have to head straight back to the main things so we don’t go off track!
