It is Father’s Day and I want to honor my Heavenly Father and my Dad. Happy Father’s Day to you as well! Let the Father’s blessing over shadow you today. It isn’t on our own merit, he gave Jesus for us, so the price is paid, draw close to him today! He is waiting!
My Dad, has loved me and taught me well over the years. How wonderful to have someone show me how to look to God and love in the midst of brokenness and in the good times. He has shared his life with me and taught me much! I haven’t always understood the things he is telling me or showing me right away, but I always have eventually. Today my testimony is I have been loved by both of my Fathers and that love has changed me. I can not put into words the gratitude I have for this and them. Thank you Father God! May I be like you, may I be like my Dad. I found I only ever needed to be with them to learn and grow and receive. If you don’t have an earthly father that has done this, make no mistake our heavenly one is more than willing, he is longing. I know this first hand. Maybe this year, don’t take for granted the time you have with either. There is forgiveness if we have waited too long and the time is gone and the Heavenly Father has a way of restoring what seems impossible. Give him a chance!
